I have changed the order of pre-trip and
trip posts from reverse chronological order (newest first) to
chronological order (oldest first) to make it more readable start to
finish. [NOTE: Doing this creates one bit of potential confusion. When you come to the bottom of a page, you need to click on "Older Posts" to see ones that are chronologically newer.]
As of October 04, I have finished thinning and posted a preliminary edit of my pictures. That's it for now on the pictures as I turn my attention to editing and in some instances expanding the contents of posts, including incorporating more links to relevant websites. Eventually I will return to do a severe thinning and final editing of the pictures.
Pressing the green button will take you to the picture folder in which there are two subfolders -- AZORES and MADEIRA.

picture is welcome to download it and use it without attribution unless
used commercially.
